Tarun Dua has joined Singhania & Partners LLP as a Partner in the firm's Dispute Resolution Practice.

Dua has around three decades of experience in Commercial Disputes, International Construction Arbitration, and other Allied Proceedings related to Infrastructure Development Contracts. He also advises and acts for clients in respect of proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) in IBC-related proceedings, Mergers and Acquisitions proceedings, Regulatory issues, and proceedings (including stamp duty adjudication), and other Company Law matters.

Dua had previously worked with Singhania & Partners LLP for 6 years before moving on to working with with other leading law firms such as Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India and DSK Legal.
