Trilegal lawyer Shringarika Priyadarshini joins JSA as Partner in Gurugram

Priyadarshini will be strengthening the firm's Corporate and Commercial practice.

Shringarika Priyadarshini has joined JSA as a Retained Partner in Corporate Practice at the firm's Gurugram office.

Priyadarshini is a 2014 graduate of Christ University, Bengaluru.

She brings to the firm over a decade of diverse top-line experience across the corporate commercial practice including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, venture capital, and corporate advisory. She has specialist experience in representing Japanese and other East Asian conglomerates on all aspects of their acquisitions, investments and operations in India. Her career highlights include working on high-value cross-border deals, joint ventures, and regulatory matters for clients across technology, renewable energy, and manufacturing sectors.

Priyadarshini joins JSA from Trilegal, and has in the past worked with IndusLaw. She has also seconded with Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu (at their Tokyo office)and Uber India.
