TT&A Competition Partner Dinoo Muthappa leaves to join AZB

Muthappa was associated with TT&A for over 6 years, and held the position of Partner for over a year.

Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) Competition Partner Dinoo Muthappa has left the firm. According to sources, she is joining AZB & Partners in Delhi.

Confirming her exit from TT&A, Partner Feroz Dubash said,

“We thank Dinoo for her contribution to the Competition practice and wish her well at her new firm."

Sonam Mathur continues to lead TT&A's Competition practice.

Muthappa graduated from ILS Law College in 2010 and earned her LL.M. in Competition Law from King's College London in 2011.

With 13 years of experience, Muthappa specialises in abuse of dominance, merger control (strategic and PE), cartels and leniency, antitrust litigation and compliance in a wide variety of sectors. She was associated with TT&A for over 6 years, and held the position of Partner for over a year.

She has also worked as a Research Associate at the Competition Commission of India (CCI). Before that, she worked at the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas.
