TT&A Partner Heena Singh joins ArcelorMittal as Head Legal for India

Singh has over 17 years of experience and specialises in M&A, PE-VC, joint ventures as well as general corporate advisory work.

Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) Corporate Partner Heena Singh has left the firm to join ArcelorMittal as the Head Legal, India.

Ashok Kumar continues to be General Counsel of ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel.

Singh is a 2007 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur. She has over 17 years of experience and specialises in M&A, PE-VC, joint ventures as well as general corporate advisory work.

She spent 15 years at AZB & Partners, where she was a Partner for 6 years. Prior to joining ArcelorMittal, she held the position of Partner at TT&A for nearly 3 years. During her time at TT&A, she also worked on a secondment with American Tower Corporation.

Commenting on Singh's decision to move in-house, TT&A Joint Managing Partner Gautam Saha said,

"Heena has been an integral part of the team for over 15 years and we will all miss her. However, we wish her all the very best in this next stage of her professional journey. I am sure she will become as invaluable to Arcelor as she was to us."
