Varun Pareek joins Emerald Law Offices as Partner in Litigation practice

Varun Pareek has joined Emerald Law Offices as a Partner in Litigation practice.

Pareek has been representing high-profile clients and corporations in some of the most complex and high-stakes litigations, involving financial fraud, corporate misconduct, bribery, and other complex white-collar offenses. He brings an extensive experience across a broad spectrum of legal domains, including Insolvency and bankruptcy, civil suits, criminal trials, mediation, arbitrations, international disputes, family law, and succession law, with particular focus on white-collar crime practice.

In the past, Pareek has worked as a Partner at Clasis Law. Prior to this, he was with Luthra & Luthra Offices, and has been Global General Counsel with SkipperSeil Limited.

At Emerald Law Offices, Pareek will focus on expansion and development of the litigation practice including white-collar crime practice, working closely with a team of skilled lawyers.
