Venkata Ramana has joined Nuvoco Vistas Corp Ltd, the 5th largest cement group in India, as Senior Vice President & Head Legal.
With over 25 years of Legal expertise in Infrastructure, Cement and FMCG sectors, Ramana joins the Company from Tata Projects Ltd where he held the position of Executive Vice President & Head Legal.
Prior to that, he spent over a decade at Hindustan Construction Company as General Manager, Legal. He held various prominent positions at Ambuja Cements Ltd, Vidyut Metallics Ltd & Sanghi Industries (Cement division). He started his legal career practicing law at Andhra Pradesh High Court.
In his role at Nuvoco, Ramana will oversee the company’s Legal operations focusing on enhancing legal processes.
