This is the third office for the firm as a result of the rapid growth experienced by the firm across practice areas, as well as the addition of new team members. The larger space will enable the firm to better serve its clients and continue its growth journey.

The founder partner Manish Desai told Bar and Bench that the office reflected the vision and ethos of the firm.

One of the artwork is a painting of wolves, containing the famous Law of the Jungle from the Jungle Book written by Rudyard Kipling - “For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack”.

“We started this firm with 4-5 people. This is the third office we have moved to. We now have a team of 50 lawyers” Desai said.

Telling a little about the ethos of the firm, he mentioned that the firm followed a partnership model.

“The principle on which the firm is founded is to provide a platform to those who missed out on starting their own practice on account of not being able to take the risk. The Firms Platform allows all colleagues to develop practice areas and clients under the larger umbrella of the firm. This allows professional satisfaction rather than being just employees under a fancy designation. The firm strives on individual’s growth, the individual will contribute to the firm’s growth. Eat what you kill. Except for liability, everything is shared” Desai explained.

On the reason for moving to a new office, Desai explained that the earlier office had space constraints.

“Also, if you have to grow, one has to move, there has to be space to grow. Sitting in the same place for over 5 years won’t feel like growth”, Desai said.
