SOBHA Limited has recently acquired a prime 12-acre residential project in Sector 63A, Gurgaon.

Emerald Law Offices acted as legal advisors to Sobha Limited and provided comprehensive legal expertise on all aspects including due diligence, structuring of the joint venture, regulatory guidance and negotiation of key terms.
