ATS Infrastructure Limited is looking to hire Legal Associates in Noida.

PQE: 3-8 Years
Location: Noida (Sector 135)
Qualification: LLB/LLM
Job Description and Key Responsibilities
As legal drafting personnel, the associate will work along with the cross-functional teams to draft and review various legal documents and agreements while maintaining a strong commitment to legal excellence and ethical standards.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, MOUs, and other legal correspondence while ensuring the documents align with the applicable laws / legal perspective.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations, amendments, and renewals.
Work closely with other internal departments, such as finance and accounts, RERA, HR to ensure legal concerns are adopted in all aspects.
Assist the head of the legal department in matters pertaining to legal disputes, litigation, and other legal matters.
Coordination with internal departments and external counsel, attending hearings, preparation of case notes.
Key Competencies
Knowledge of RERA, pre and post FIR, criminal matters, consumer litigation, litigation in High Courts, Writs, NCLT, etc.
Ability to handle complex legal documents and apply general legal concepts in day-to-day interpretation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements: LLM, excellent drafting skills, experience in filling police complaints
Remuneration: ₹4 lakhs to ₹10 lakhs per annum.
