Job Description
Interested applicants must have expansive experience in advising and counselling Indian as well as global conglomerates on diverse aspects of their businesses. They must have a thorough grasp on commercial laws including Companies Act, FEMA, Contract Act, and allied regulatory/business laws.
Candidates must be keen on analysing complex legal issues for providing pragmatic solutions, have astute legal analytical and concise drafting skills, and be zealous towards team work. If you have or aspire for any specific sector or practice area specialization, we consider it an added advantage.
