JPMorganChase elevates Vishnu Nair to Vice President & Assistant General Counsel

Vishnu Nair has been elevated to the position of Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at JPMorganChase & Co.

Nair is an alumnus of the University of Kerala.

Nair has over 15 years of experience as an in-house counsel, providing strategic legal advise and guidance, with a focus on the payments business, and risk and controls matters.

Nair has been associated with JPMorganChase for the past 8 years, having joined in 2017 as an Assistant Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel. He provided legal counsel across diverse business units, particularly supporting JPMorgan Investment Bank’s Payments and Banking operations, including guidance on regulatory, conflict of interest, ethics, conduct, and attorney licensing matters with ownership of related department-wide procedures.
